Continental Polar (cP) is an air mass that originates over land in high-latitude regions, characterized by cold and dry conditions. These air masses are typically stable and can significantly influence weather patterns, especially when they interact with warmer air masses. Understanding cP air masses is important for predicting cold weather and its effects on various regions.
