Ethos, logos, and pathos are persuasive techniques identified by Aristotle used to convince an audience. Ethos appeals to credibility, logos focuses on logic and reasoning, while pathos engages the audience's emotions. These methods are crucial in effective communication, especially in argumentative writing.
