a) Identify the service standards you Supervise in your store.
b) Identify gaps by comparing your store's customer service policy regarding customer queries and complaints with what you learnt in class regarding how queries and complaints should be handled. If your store does not have a policy, list all the daily practices and use them for the comparison.
c) Using the information above, choose one customer service gap you have identified and compile an action plan for improving that area, using the table below. Remember to include all the relevant fields, such as accountability, time frames, success indicators, etc.
