All the plants and animals in a particular area are interdependent on each other thus forming an ecosystem. Introduced or Alien spieces destroy the natural ecological balance. They may also destroy food chains. They can also destroy the inter-relationships of many speices.

Introduced species disrupt feeding relationships by competing with native species for resources, preying on them, and altering their habitats, leading to a decline in biodiversity. This can create cascade effects throughout the ecosystem, impacting various species. Over time, these changes threaten the ecological balance and the survival of native species.
