Social Loafing: When a person does not show much effort to achieve a goal when they work in a group than when they work alone
Social Facilitation: When a person can do better at simple task when in presence if other people.
So the first one us basically saying a person is less working when n a group of other and the second one is saying that this person can work on simple things when people are around. (: Like?

Social facilitation refers to improved performance on simple tasks in the presence of others, while social loafing describes reduced effort in group work when individual performance isn't evaluated. Both concepts illustrate how group dynamics impact individual behavior. Understanding these effects is key in teamwork and group settings.
