the pros of keeping fit are that your body and heart dont have to work as hard, you will generally have more energy at all times and feel better physically and mentally. the cons are that it can be time consuming to exercise daily and you may not have time to do that, also you may be tired after working out and you have to keep to a steady diet of healthy foods, which can be difficult for some people

Keeping fit offers various benefits, including improved health, increased energy levels, and better mental well-being. However, it also comes with challenges such as time commitment, potential exhaustion, and the need for dietary changes. A balanced approach to fitness can help maximize the benefits while minimizing the downsides.
