A polygon with four congruent sides is a square, or a diamond. This may apply if it also has four right angles. Another option may be a rhombus, which will apply if it does NOT have any right angles.
Remember: Congruent means the same.
Your answer is a square.

The polygon with four congruent sides is called a square. A square has four equal-length sides and four right angles. If the angles are not right, it's called a rhombus.
