Well, you have 11/4 ∗ w 2 = 180 or 11 w 2 = 720 or w 2 = 65.4545 . You have the square which is just above 64 square inches, so the width is about 8. The length is about 22. This approximation gives us 176 square inches. If we increase the two values a bit, you'd get 9*24.5=220.5 square inches, a bit too far for me!
