The animal cell and plant cells both have the same organelles nucleus, mitrochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, ribosomes and golgi apparatus. They both have the following :a cell wall and a cell membrane. The genetic material has a name for your information which is called the cytoplam. There is no such thing as the nucleoid. It is called the nucleus. Lysosomes are common in the animal cell ,but are rare in a plant cell.
