You have to turn 19/20 into ?/10 so you have to divide 20 by 2 to get 10 so you have to do the same with 19 so 19 divide by 2 is 9.5. As a fraction it is 9.5/10 but it has to be decimal so u times each number by 10. 9.5 x 10 = 95, 10 x 10 = 100
So it is 0.95
