Because, In The Rivers Of Africa There Are Lots Of Dangerous Animals Such As, The Alligator, Crocodile, Lions, Rhinos, Snakes, Venomous Bugs And A Lot Of Dangerous Species. Also They Didn't Have Cargo Boats Like We Do In The U.S.A.
