so -3/8, 52%, -.42, -2, 13/20
so -3/8=-0.375 52%=0.52 -0.42 -2 13/20=65/100=0.65 so order -0.375,0.52, -0.42, -2, 0.65 so the negative numbers are obviously smallest so the farther away a negative number is from zero, the smaller it is so the order of the negatives is -2, -0.42, -0.375 and the positives are 0.52, 0.65
so the order is -2, -0.42, -0.375, 0.52, 0.65 or -2, -.42, -3/8, 52%, 13/20

make all into a number -3/8 = -0.375 52% = 52/100 = 0.52 13/20 = 0.65 then arrange in order of size -2 , -0.42 , -0.375 , 0.52 , 0.65 therefore the order is -2 , -0.42 , -3/8 , 52% , 13/20

To arrange the numbers from least to greatest, first convert all the fractions and percentages to decimal form. The final order from least to greatest is -2, -0.42, -3/8, 52%, and 13/20.
