stricter slave codes in the south would lead to more rebellion and conflict from the slaves. the slaves, though, would eventually find another way to escape from the south to the north. i hope this helped!!

More segregation for one. Also a possible rise is african american deaths caused by racial "disagreements." Farming may get done quicker bc the slaves are being beaten to work harder, therefore more produce. More produce might also cause inflation so we can get rid of all that produce.

Stricter slave codes in the South could have resulted in increased rebellion among enslaved people, heightened social tensions, and stronger cultural bonds as communities resisted oppression. These laws would also likely have limited the rights and economic opportunities of both free and enslaved individuals, leading to broader societal impacts. The response of enslaved individuals could have included organized escapes and resistance efforts.
