Answer (3)

you multiply the magnification of the lenses (usually x10) by the magnification of the setting

Magnification:
Magnification means to enlarge the size of object.
In the microscope the real size of is so small so it is very difficult to see the object.But with the help of magnification a small object can see so easily by magnifying this.
Generally is measured by multiple of 10x,4x,and 2x it means that the size of object will become ten times,forth time and two time respectively. ;

To calculate magnification on a microscope, multiply the ocular lens magnification (usually 10x) by the objective lens magnification (e.g., 4x, 10x, 40x). For example, using a 40x objective lens with a 10x ocular lens results in a total magnification of 400x. This process helps provide detailed images of small biological specimens.
