Most people use Microsoft Word to create, edit and print documents. It's a word processor that's often shortened to just "Word".
Having proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a common requirement for many office positions.
Other than Microsoft Word, *Google Docs *is also commonly used because it allows users to share and edit content live. Although, Google Docs has fewer features than Microsoft Word.

Microsoft Word is the primary software used for creating, editing, and printing documents, widely used in both school and professional settings. Other alternatives include Google Docs for collaboration and OpenOffice Writer for free access. Choosing the right software depends on your specific needs, such as advanced features or real-time collaboration.
