Culture can simply be defined as the total way of people living in a particular region and a a particular period of time. Culture shapes what we do, how we eat, how we talk that is generally, culture shapes all our actions.
One of the cultures that have greatly influence or contributed to modern science are the Ancient Maya. Ancient Maya people studied how celestial bodies move that is they studied astronomy thereby making them to be able to create calenders. Also, the Ancient Maya people were great mathematicians.
